Privacy Policy
ResumePilot is designed to work fully offline. Your resume content and settings are stored locally on your device.
We do not upload your resumes or personal data to our servers.
Data we store locally
Resumes you create and edit (content, layout, and template settings).
App settings (such as onboarding and export preferences).
Optional anonymous usage counts if you choose to opt in to analytics.
GhostLink data and analytics
GhostLink stores campaign drafts in your browser (localStorage).
When Firebase is available, GhostLink uses anonymous authentication and syncs campaign and analytics records to Firestore under your anonymous user ID.
Cloud analytics include event names, page path, page URL, and limited event metadata. Resume content is not included.
GhostLink automatically trims older cloud analytics records and keeps a capped recent history.
You can clear local analytics and cloud analytics from the GhostLink Analytics Snapshot panel.
Optional analytics (opt-in)
If enabled, ResumePilot records anonymous feature usage counts locally on your device.
These counts do not include resume content or personal information.
Analytics is off by default and can be changed at any time in the app.
Exports and backups
When you export a PDF or create a JSON backup, the file is created on your device.
We do not receive a copy of your exported files.
Data deletion
You can delete individual resumes in the app.
You can also remove app data through your device settings to clear all local data.
